Return Policy
You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to return an item. The following conditions apply:
- The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
- Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a defective product or incorrect delivery.
Return Procedure:
- Contact us via Shopify Inbox or by email to obtain a return authorization.
- Package the item with its proof of purchase.
- Send the package to the address provided during authorization.
- Refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days after receipt and verification of the item.
